The arithmetic
Divide the app’s monthly price by your monthly orders. That is how much extra profit each order has to generate for the app to break even. At 200 orders a month, a $19.99 app needs about ten cents of extra profit per order. At 20 orders a month, the same app needs a dollar per order — a much harder ask. Start on a free plan and check the number before upgrading.
